The Service is freemium. Core adult video chat and chatroom features are free to start. Premium features are optional upgrades. Free access does not include every feature, and we may change or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
4. No Guarantee of Connections
We connect users, but we do not guarantee the availability, conduct or identity of other users. All interactions are between consenting adults and are your own responsibility.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use xxbrits to:

- Record or distribute another user’s video without explicit consent.
- Upload, share or transmit malware, spam or deceptive content.
- Impersonate others or create misleading accounts.
6. Recording & Consent
Recording any video chat without the explicit, informed consent of all participants is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and legal action.
7. User Conduct & Reporting
We provide block, mute and report tools. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and software are owned by xxbrits unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, scrape or reuse our content without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xxbrits shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
